There are 150 plots on site, split between full plots, half plots and accessible plots. The accessible plots (also known as "Keep on Gardening" or "KoG" plots) are smaller and raised to different levels (ground, chair or standing height) to accommodate differing needs. Due to the long waiting list only half plots are currently being rented.

Rent is payable annually each September. Current rental rates (2022/23) are £130 for a full plot, £75 for a half plot and £10 for a KoG plot with reductions available for those on low incomes.
